ELITE HoloZine was lucky enough to be given tickets to the Kaas Opera Companies winter production staring the stunning and talented Avarielle Elbereth. A beautiful and stirring story was put on by the company, but Avarielle stole the show and will no doubt be a fixture in both Dromund Kaas society, but also in its arts. In an interview later that evening after their gala, which we will discuss later, she stated that the hardest part of the show was hitting her Aria in Act One. But did she hit it! Sporting a beautiful necklace that she was loaned from the Kaas Antiquites Bureau that is in charge of the many museums on the Capital planet. Drace, a member of the Onyx Society, apparently funded the wardrobe worn in the show, commenting that the costumes worn by Avarielle were no doubt most of his 'modest' donations!
But nothing was modest about the Gala; a veritable who's who of the Dromund Kaas social society. A gathering of powerful Sith, rich entrepreneurs, and men of the Intelligence and Government. Now bedecked in Ximmi Xus' shoes and a Vulgari robe and beautiful hair comb also donated by the Onyx Society, our beautiful Elbreth was the epitome of warmth, speaking to any who wished her ear – laughing with the people, she was just as magnetic in person as on stage. But scandal was afoot. This reporter spied the prima donna lip locked with a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter, to which she later commented, "Nothing is in the rumors, we are just close friends." We will let you decide what to make of that!
The beautiful people were more than happy to be interviewed. A business man named Weyd Falstaff, of Falstaff Entertainment, had this to say about the Opera: "I was drawn to it by the debut of Avarielle Elbereth. It was hailed all over and it seemed a fine occasion to do something besides please clients and crunch numbers!"
Another gorgeous specimen of the society obliged me with an interview. Lord Alexandria Beltane said, "The cast was perfect, and the music is still rattling about my head... It is something I will remember for sure."
The opinion seemed clear to me; more Opera! So I asked the cast and Onyx Society about their future plans, and they stated that with the right price they would be glad to tour any private houses and put on smaller shows for the clientèle. But our favorite singer is not blind to the galaxy. She voiced an interest in touring the galaxy and putting on shoes for the "boys on the fronts," and that she would "love to do propaganda work for the Empire." As intelligent and shrewd as she is beautiful and talented!
That is all for this edition of ELITE HoloZine, until the next show, or the next scandal! This was Taren Unic!
